Scigiene introduce the Humimeter Water activity meters. These are ideal for measuring “REAL” water activity versus “Hypothetical Aw that other makes use software to generate. All Humimeter models use a larger Aw chamber and internal air circulation which allow for larger samples and greater accuracy. Our AW3 models also utilize sample grinders to facilitate faster response as well as Scigiene's proprietary Thermal Barrier to allow for much greater accuracy.
