This portable instrument is used for the determination of water activity (aw value) of food & other materials with optional datalogging + software. Suitable for measuring materials like butter, fruit mixes, spices, granulates, mushrooms, xylite, flour, biscuits or sausage as well as all other food types requiring a check of the water activity value. Furthermore, the AW1 Humimeter is also suited for measuring material such as, plastic granulate or for climatic and environmental applications. It is not suited for juices (syrup), acidic food like vinegar or food and beverages containing alcohol (Please call to inquire about other options) (can also be used with a wide range of other sensors).
