Description

Immunoaffinity columns selectively purify aflatoxins (B1, B2, G1, G2) and ochratoxin A from samples, enabling cleaner and more accurate analysis by HPLC or LC-MS/MS. 

How they work:

  • The columns contain antibodies specific to the target toxins. 
  • Sample extracts are passed through the column, and the toxins bind to the antibodies. 
  • Unbound substances are washed away, leaving the toxins bound to the column. 
  • The toxins are then eluted from the column and analyzed.
