for testing residual levels of peracetic acid. Peracetic acid is another
sanitizing agent, especially used in some segments of the food industry, such
as organic produce and poultry. The Low Level Peracetic Acid test strip is
calibrated at 0, 5, 10, 20, 30, and 50 ppm, and gives results in just seconds.

NOTE: To test residuals on surfaces: wet the test pad at the end of the strip with deionized water & press against the skin of the fruit, vegetable or poultry in question. If there is any residual peracetic acid present, the color of the test pad will change immediately.
