Measures condensation and water damages in: insulation material, and residual moisture in impact sound insulation below the floor screed after water damages.  Measures depth of moisture, especially for exsiccation processes after water damage is deep in the bricks.  It can be used to measure moisture content of uneven fill that may result in floor unevenness. 

Resolution:

• 0.1% water content
• 0.5°C temperature
