The FS4 Humimeter utilizes precision gravimetric measurement and larger 300gm sample sizes to combine with dielectric capacitance to give highly repeatable and the
most accurate moisture measurements (+/-0.4%). It utilizes a rugged stainless steel hopper for high durability and long life to accommodate both
field and lab use. The larger 300gm sample size overcomes
sampling variance (small samples used
in moisture balances + drying ovens result in larger variance). It is also
faster + easier to use than other methods. The FS4 includes datalogging + LogMemorizer software to
allow easy logging of multiple samples from
one lot for superior accuracy.
Programmed for corn, rye, Triticale, wheat, durum wheat, spelt, barley, oats, rape, pumpkin seeds, field peas, soybeans, scarlet runner beans, horse beans, sunflower seeds, Jatropha, peeled and unpeeled raw coffee, roast and ground coffee, peeled, unpeeled and brown rice, poppy seeds, millet, sorghum millet, peeled buckwheat; further species on request. With reference calibration curve and customer calibration function also available.
