The AgraStrip® Pro Hazelnut test kit is a lateral flow device (LFD) designed for the on-site detection of hazelnut residues in raw materials, finished food products and beverages, rinse waters and environmental samples. They allow for the simple, fast and reliable qualitative detection of hazelnut traces.

How the Test Works:

AgraStrip® Pro Allergen LFD kits are fast and simple to use. After an extraction of 1 minute, the sample is transferred to an incubation vial containing allergen-specific antibodies. The formation of allergen-antibody complexes is then detected on the test strips, where it is visualized as a color line.
