The immunoaffinity column can simultaneously adsorb Aflatoxin (AFT B₁, AFT B₂, AFT G₁, AFT G₂, AFT M₁, AFT M₂), Zearalenone (ZEN) and its derivatives (ZAN, α-ZOL, β-ZOL, α-ZAL, β-ZAL), Deoxynivalenol (DON) and 15-Acetyldeoxynivalenol (15-ADON), 3-Acetyldeoxynivalenol (3-ADON), Ochratoxin (OTA), T-2 toxin and HT-2 toxin, fumonisin (FB₁, FB₂, FB₃), ST from the sample extract solution, thereby having a highly targeted purification effect on the above 20 toxins of the six major types, and the samples that have be purified after passing through the column can be used in LC-MS (LC-MS/MS) analysis.

The basis of the measurement is the antigen-antibody reaction. 20 antibodies of six main toxins are connected to the column concurrently. After the sample is extracted and filtered, it is slowly passed through the immunoaffinity column. The toxins bind to the corresponding antibodies in the column. The immunoaffinity column is then washed to remove other unrelated substances that have not been bound. Elute the toxin with eluent and then inject into the analytical instrument for detection.
