Scigiene’s Wireless Gen 2 Accelerometers can be used in a host of applications where knowing impact, vibration, inclination, etc. is required. Scigiene's wireless sensors are ideal for pharmaceutical, medical and other high tech applications where loss of data is unacceptable. These also have an amazing range of over 1000 ft. with 10 year battery life and can be remotely upgraded via network connections. These are truly the most advanced wireless sensors available. This sensor uses an accelerometer to measure G-Force on 3 axis and then determine speed and frequency. They can be set to only capture when a vibration occurs and sleep when no vibrations are present, or they can be set to measure at a given assessment interval regardless of whether a vibration has occurred. This sensor reports in every 10 seconds with this data. Other sampling periods can be configured, down to one second and up to 10 minutes*. The data reported is useful for tracking periodic motion. Sensor data is displayed as Max X: 0.125 Max Y: 1.012 Max Z: 0.015 Avg X: 0.119 Avg Y: 1.005 A
