The InSite test is an easy-to-use, self-contained, environmental species test. Each device contains a chromogenic liquid media formulated with antibiotics, growth enhancers, and colour-changing compounds.  The swab also contains neutralizing buffers to allow for testing of surfaces with traces of sanitizers that might interfere with testing.  Simply swab the test area and wait. A change in colour after 24-48 hours of incubation is considered presumptive positive.
